Ordering

Can I custom the size of the products?

Of course! Every child is unique. We believe that no size fits all, and we want your child to have the right equipment that works best for them. Choose from our standard sizes, or contact us for more customized options.

Do you have warranty? What if the product I purchased has a defect?

No worries, all our products come with 1 year warranty for manufacturing defect. For more information, kindly refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Do you have a showroom for me to take a look at the product first?

Yes, please contact us at +6018-3930105 to book an appointment for product viewing and demonstration at our showroom in B-06-11, Sunway Geo Avenue, Jalan Lagoon Selatan, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Are they ready stock?

Most of our products are made to order, to best tailor to your child’s needs and specifications.

Do you provide installation?

Yes! Kindly contact us further at +6018-3930105 to enquire about our installation services and fees.

I don’t know which product is suitable for my child. Do you provide consultation?

Yes, we have a panel of trusted partner clinics that can provide professional consultation and recommendations based on your child’s condition. Please contact us at +6018-3930105  for more information.

Shipping, Site Visit & Installation

Can I do COD or pickup from the office?

Yes, you can do COD or pickup from our showroom directly.

How long do I need to wait for the products to arrive?

As our products are made to order, you should receive your order within 3-4 weeks.

How much does site visit and installation cost?

We charge RM150 per site visit within Klang Valley, but automatically waived with purchase. For installation, we generally charge RM300/installation, but it may vary depending on the complexity of the installation process.

Can I send you drawings or pictures instead of site visit?

Sure, feel free to email, Whatsapp or send us your drawings/pictures via our Contact Form.

How do I know if I require site visit or not? How many is needed?

Usually only 1 site visit is needed, and recommended when the installation requires mounting or structural changes to your establishment.

How long would installation take?

Without any complications, installations generally take about half a day.

Do you provide sensory room design?

Yes, we provide sensory room design at RM300/room for 2D or 3D designs, but this fee is waived with purchase.
